Our services are designed to support your wellbeing to create real change.

Whether it be via bodywork, language or both to: reduce stress, feel more grounded and aligned, reduce muscle and tissue tension, feel more connected to yourself, work through life obstacles and challenges - nurturing body, mind and soul.

When we allow ourselves the time to stop, pause and rest we can find more moments of clarity, calm and release. Giving our muscles and internal systems a chance to decompress and relax. Our mind a chance to take a break from the constant stimulation that is abundant in our busy lives and modern world.

These sessions can be customized and combined to suit your needs. Feel free to reach out and talk to me about your needs.

  • When you make your first appointment, I will email you a new client intake form or you can fill out a paper form at your appointment.

    This information is collated for your health & safety to check for any potential contraindications for massage. Information is kept private & confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.

    • Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment for a consultation and chat about your needs.

    • Avoid eating within 1.5 - 2 hrs of your appointment.

    • Avoid drinking any alcohol or being hungover.

    • Drink water before and after your massage to stay hydrated.

      Massage can be dehydrating and also increases circulation.

      Drinking water helps support the bodies natural processes to eliminate waste and to keep the fascia supple and flexible to help with mobility and day to day body function.

  • For your first fascial unwinding, either on it's own or combined with a massage, we will have a 15 minute consultation to talk about your needs and I will take you through what a session can look like. You can book the first session option when booking online. The first session is 1hr 15 mins. Follow up sessions are either 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins.

    I will also send you a new client intake form to complete before your first session. You only have to complete this once.

Massage

Ease weary muscles and minds.

Whether you are needing pure relaxation or something more specific to ease muscle & tissue tension, we can tailor your massage to your needs.

The benefits of massage include reduced stress, reduced tension in tissues and muscles, becoming more attune with your body, activaton of the parasympathetic nervous system, improved sleep and digestion.

I have a range of beautiful massage balms infused with essential oils that can elevate your massage to a new level that tap into the senses. If you have allergies or dislike fragrances, I have nut free oil and scent free options. For more specific muscle aches and pains, I use a wonderful organic muscle rub.

1:1 Wellbeing Support Session

$85 for 60 minute 1:1 sessions In Person or via Google Meet if you prefer.

It’s coaching but not as we know it…

The word “coaching” can drum up thoughts around pressure and deadlines, being told what to do and how to do it. My approach is a little different…

I offer a safe space for you to share what is sitting on your mind to support you with what you wish to work through. Coaching is about moving you forward from where you are now to where you want to be. You will be seen, heard and believed. Through a process of deep listening, and thoughtful questioning, we will flow into a place of self discovery and self exploration. You have the answers, sometimes we just need some support and guidance to move through what we are experiencing to find them!

There are no pressures or deadlines to meet. We pause, shut out the daily noise of life, reflect, and share at a pace that you are comfortable with. We let things unfold organically. During this process we can use different tools and techniques, that can help with:

  • building self confidence and self worth.

  • letting go of outdated belief systems that are holding you back.

  • tapping into your innate wisdom and strengths.

  • finding the courage to make decisions and implement boundaries for your greater good.

  • finding clarity and focus in your life.

  • discovering your magic and stepping into self empowerment.

  • finding your voice to express your needs and wants.

  • emotional healing.

  • self acceptance, self awareness and self love.

  • creating sustainable change for the future.

You can also incorporate a support session with a massage or fascial unwinding session. This is a wonderful approach if you don’t feel comfortable with face to face conversation.

Fascial Unwinding

From $50

Unwind to feel lighter, more aligned, less stressed and more connected.

Fascial Unwinding is about becoming more in sync with your body and senses to facilitate healing and body consciousness. It is a gentle approach to body work where we sink into the fascial system (connective tissue) through a series of gentle holds on the body. We don’t use any oil and you can remain fully clothed. You can book this as a standalone treatment or combine with a massage or 1:1 support session. This approach can help if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • finding it hard to take time to rest and switch off.

  • physical or emotional trauma.

  • living in a constant state of fight-or-flight

  • suffering from chronic stress and anxiety.

  • feeling disconnected and out of balance.

  • prefer a more gentle approach to bodywork.

  • struggling to work through obstacles and barriers

  • severe headaches & migraines

  • a need to relax, unwind and activate your parasympathetic nervous system
