Intuitive Bodywork with Fascial Unwinding

From $50

With intuitive bodywork we will ease into creating body consciousness. Developing your senses to facilitate healing and cultivating a deep inner connection. It is a gentle approach to body work where we sink into the fascial system (connective tissue) through a series of gentle holds on the body. We don’t use any oil and you can remain fully clothed (unless combined with a massage). You can book this as a standalone treatment or combine with a massage or 1:1 support session. This approach can help if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • finding it hard to take time to rest and switch off.

  • physical or emotional trauma.

  • living in a constant state of fight-or-flight

  • suffering from chronic stress and anxiety.

  • feeling disconnected and out of balance.

  • prefer a more gentle approach to bodywork.

1:1 Wellbeing Support Sessions

$85 for a 60 minute session In Person and Online

1:1 Sessions are designed to support people in navigating their obstacles and challenges to step out of conditioning, worries & fears and into authenticity & alignment. We use a combination of coaching & therapeutic practices to navigate you forwards to your values, dreams and desires. The word “coaching” can drum up thoughts around pressure and deadlines, being told what to do and how to do it. My approach is a little different….

Most people who are keen to do 1:1 work are looking to understand themselves and their challenges on a deeper level. Working and collaborating together through a process of deep listening and thoughtful reflective questioning, we will move into a place of self discovery and self exploration to gain a deeper understanding of what you are experiencing. It is within this exploration, we begin to have "aha' and "lightbulb" moments creating perspective shifts, clarity and understanding.

During this process clients gain the necessary skills and confidence to use these tools in their daily lives, effectively stepping into a place of self empowerment and becoming their own mentor to navigate life's obstacles and challenges.
