Welcome to Body & Soul Holistic Wellbeing

Hi, my name is Pip, I am a holistic bodywork therapist based in the beautiful seaside village of Mōkau. I offer Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, and Wellbeing Support. My sessions are designed to support you physically, emotionally and energetically - body mind and soul.

Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork

A space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body through therapeutic massage and myofascial release techniques.
Each session is tailored to support physical ease and nervous system regulation, meeting you exactly where you are.

Myofascial Release

Working gently into deeper layers of tension, this approach supports the body in unwinding patterns of stress and holding, helping the body find more ease over time. Fantastic as a standalone treatment or combined with massage.

Wellbeing Support

A supportive one-to-one space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Sessions can include wellbeing coaching, guided reflection, a supportive conversation, or simply the opportunity to sit in stillness. Every session is shaped around what you need on the day.

Movement, Breath & Connection through Yoga

Over the past couple of years, yoga has become a practice I have truly come to love and embrace. What began as a personal journey has grown into a passion for sharing its many benefits with others. It feels like a natural extension of my wellbeing work, and I'm delighted to be offering a Sunday morning community yoga practice as part of my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This is a welcoming space where we can move, breathe, and grow together.

I believe wellbeing is something we nurture, not something we chase. Through gentle bodywork, mindful movement and supportive guidance, we can create small, meaningful moments of care that nourish us from the inside out.
