Hi, my name is Pip, I am a holistic bodywork practitioner based in the beautiful seaside village of Mōkau. I offer Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, and Wellbeing Support. My sessions are designed to support you physically, emotionally and energetically.

Alongside my bodywork, I am currently completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training.
This feels like a natural extension of my work—supporting not only how the body receives care, but how you can begin to connect with and move your body in a simple, accessible way.
As part of my practice training, I will be offering a beginner yoga series designed to gently introduce movement, breath, and awareness without pressure or expectation.
These classes are relaxed, supportive, and grounded in the same intention as my hands-on work:
supporting you to soften tension, calm your nervous system, and feel more at home in your body.

A personalised blend of mind-body support. Begin with a calming herbal tea, then we move into a session that is curated for your needs, which can include gentle massage, breathwork, fascial unwinding and supportive conversation.

These guided, non-hands on sessions offer a supportive space to pause, rest, and gently unpack what’s sitting on your mind. Together, we explore life’s challenges with curiosity rather than pressure, supporting nervous system regulation while using self-reflective tools and practical techniques to build clarity, resilience, and a steadier sense of direction.
